Payment-Payment in full is due at time of reservation. Reservations are not held until payment in full is received by Pampered Pet Sitting. If client wishes to extend service beyond scheduled date, the Client guarantees payment at the same rate for all services provided upon return.
Cancellations-Reservations are made to plan sitter availability to clients. Therefore, clients returning home early or cancelling service will be required to provide 24 hrs notice or client will be charged the fee of one visit ($20). After cancellation fees, any remaining balance will be applied as a credit to future pet sitting. No refunds will be issued.
Key Policy-While keys are in the possession of a Pet Sitter, they will be either on the Sitter’s physical person, or be properly stored an undisclosed location. Pampered Pet Sitting Services will return keys at the end of service at no extra charge. A $10 charge will apply to pick up a client’s key after the initial new client consultation. If you live in a gated community or apartment complex a gate remote, gate card or access code must be provided.
Holiday-Payment due at time of reservation. There is an additional $5 per visit charge for the following holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Years' Day.
Extra Charges-
There is a $5 mileage surcharge if you are located over 10 miles from our location. Rate applies to each visit.
Private boarding rates are based on a 24 hour period. If pick up time is after 24 hours has elapsed a half day charge will apply.
Medication charge is $2 per day.
